Nagiei: in praise of shadows as lullscapes
The title "Nagiei" weaves together the serene essence of "nagi" (lull) and the reflective depth of "kage - ei -" (shadow). This exhibition seeks to invite visitors to rediscover quiet moments and the transient beauty often overlooked in daily life.

"There is no one there… and yet, I feel the presence of people—a trace, a lingering scent."
Naoki Kimura's photographs perhaps depict the very scenes seen by those who have been left behind.
The opposing forces of despair and hope dissolve into one another, giving rise to a quiet lull.
An eternal moment.
I find myself immersed in waves of gentle sentimentality.
Thus begins a life devoted to the love of photography.

開催ステートメント（抜粋）
「凪翳」という展示タイトルには、「凪（なぎ）」がもつ静寂や調和の感覚と、「翳（かげ）」がもつ陰影や儚さへの眼差しを込めている。本展では、普段は見過ごしてしまいがちな静寂の瞬間や移ろいゆく美しさを、再認識していただきたいと願うものである。
